Our Couples' Golf Club can't operate without Volunteers. We always need your help! Part of that process is hosting and helping with our Friday Night Socials. Maricopa County and the State of Arizona require workers to have an Arizona State Food Handlers Card. This applies to all Volunteers who help in the preparation and serving of food.
For "Food Handler" training and testing "on-line". Click Here to complete your test. Once you have completed your test, Print a copy of your Certificate and take it to the HOA/Activity Office. Complete the Office form indicating "Couples Golf Club". The State of Arizona requires that the HOA/Activity Office keep your Certificate on File. It is valid for three years. It is essential that you notify the "Secretary Couple" with your name and expiration date of your Food Handlers Card.
